Application Status Definitions

• New

  New applications just received or awaiting position in queue.

• Pending

  Staff has been assigned to the application and is in the process of reviewing and collecting required supporting documentation and verifying information.

• Received

  Documentation has been received and support is being generated. Ongoing applications will remain in this status until their maximum support is exhausted.

• Closed

  Application has been closed and can no longer receive support.
